1-Active Ingredient:
-Calcium carbonate
-Glycine
-Dimethicone

2-Concentration:
Each tablet contains:
-Calcium carbonate 420 mg
-Glycine 180 mg
-Dimethicone 135 mg

3-Dosage form:
-Chewable tablets

4-Indication:
-All forms of hyperacidity
-Dietary or drug or alcohol induced gastritis
-Heart burn in pregnancy
-Symptomatic relief in peptic ulceration
-Dyspepsia, flatulence, abdominal distension and meteorism

5-Side effect:
-Constipation
-Hypocalcaemia
-Milk-alkali
-May interfere with absorption of concomitantly administered tetracycline preparations

6-Contraindication:
-Hypocalcaemia
-Hyperparathyroidism
-Hypercaciuria
-Nephrolithiasis
-Concomitant digoxin therapy
