1-Active Ingredient:
-Magaldrate
-Simethicone
-Soudim alginate

2-Concentration:
-Each teaspoonful (5 ml) contains: Magaldrate 480 mg
Simethicone 100 mg
Soudim alginate 50 mg

3-Dosage form:
-Suspension

4-Indication:
-Upset stomach associated with hurt burn
- sour stomach and / or acid indigestion
-Hyperacidity associated with peptic ulcer
-gastritis
- peptic oesophagitis and hiatal hernia
-Gastro-oesophsgeal reflex
-Flatulence and meteorism
-Elimination of gas air or foam from GIT before radiography
-Posteopertive gas pain , endoscopic examination


5-Side effect:
-There is no side effects

6-Contraindication:
-Hypersensitivity of any of the ingredients

7-Precautions:
-Patients with kidney failure should not use this product
-Antacids may mask the symptoms of the internal bleeding secondary to the nonstroidal anti- inflammatory drugs
-Avoid use of antacids with these drugs ( Tetracycline – Quinolones – Propranolol – Ranitidine – Atenolol – Famotidine & Asprin)

8-Dose:
-One or two teaspoonful between meals and at bed time.
Note: shake the bottle well before use.
