1-Active Ingredient:
- Magaldrate
- Simethicone

2-Concentration:
- Tablet : Magaldrate 720 mg
simethicone 25 mg
- Each 5 ml suspension : Magaldrate 540 mg
simethicone 40 mg

3-Dosage form:
- Tablet
- Suspension

4-Indication:
- Heart burn
- Sour stomach
- Acid indigestion
- Hyperacidity with peptic ulcer
- Gastritis
- Reflex oesophagitis
- Hiatus hernia
- Prophylactic against ulcer complications

5-Side effect:
- Mild diarrhea (or constipation)
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Abdominal cramps (rarely)

7-Precautions:
- Individuals with renal failure should not take this product
- Not to be taken with tetracycline antibiotic
- Not to be taken for long time unless directed by physician

8-Dose:
- Tablets : one tablet to be chewed thoroughly or sucked , on the first appearance of the symptoms or 30 minutes to one hour after meals and at bed time or as directed
- Suspension : 1-2 teaspoonful on the first appearance of the symptoms or 30 minutes to one hour after meals and at bed time or as directed
